About Me
Hi Everyone! 🙂
My name is Sherrell (pronounced Sure Rell), I am a Jesus lovin, Girl mom of three beautiful daughters Telsey 24, Hallie 18 and Kinsley 13. I have a passion for fashion and encouraging and helping others. I created "Living Inside Out “T-shirts in 2011 to give Christians the opportunity to share their personal testimony in their everyday lives and give others the hope and encouragement found in Jesus Christ. During the pandemic in 2020, I started the “Living Inside Out By Faith “podcast where I did solo episodes sharing my own story and interviewed guests from all over the world to share what God done in their life and how they were now using their God-given talents, abilities and gifts to make a difference in the world. In 2007, I would have never dreamed of doing any of this. I had the so called “American dream complete with family; Two beautiful daughters, their dad and I, house, cars (nothing fancy but we were happy and satisfied) I remember laying across my bed one day in tears, thinking there has to be more to life than this. In that moment I received a phone call from my aunt who lived 8 hours away from me in Minneapolis Minnesota, she told me that God had put it in her heart to tell me that He had a plan for my life that was bigger and better than anything I could ever imagine. She told me I would need to go to church to find out the plan. The very next day on Sunday, I got me and the girls ready and went to church. I had grown up in church and even got baptized at a young age, but I had not been to church since I moved out of my parents' house 18 years earlier, except on the occasional Christmas or Easter service. That phone call started me on my journey to discover God's plan for my life and led me back to church. I began to learn more and more about Jesus and how much He loved me. Life has not sunshine and rainbows. The next year my 15-year relationship ended leaving me to be a single mom with our two girls and pregnant with our third on the way. I struggled financially and emotionally. I lost our home in foreclosure and had to depend on government assistance even though I had a full-time job to make ends meet and they still didn’t quite meet. I took out payday loans and other high interest loans to pay bills and other necessities and got further into debt. But it was during this time in my life that I was able to see God work. One night I surrendered to God and begged Him to tell me what He wanted me to do with my life. Little by little He started guiding me. I began to realize that He gave me talents, abilities, gifts and interests that I could use to glorify Him and provide for my family. He gave me a love for Him and a love for fashion and for helping and encouraging others. I knew what He had done in my life, and I wanted to hear the stories of what He had done for others. I am still pursuing this dream and encouraging Christians all over the world to live inside out and share what God has done in their life. I want to help Christians not only share the Good News but also to be the Good News and put their faith into action.
